It looks like there are still remnants of Norton on your Mac.
I'd request you to contact them back for help to remove it completely.
I completely uninstalled Norton (with help on the phone from Norton support), but still get message AVG can't be installed because it detects Norton still on my system. Has anyone else encountered this? Any help out there? Thanks.
That's all you've got for me? My last call to Norton, getting passed through 3 levels of unhelpful "support," resulted in an almost complete mental meltdown!
