Can't Install AVG Free on Windows 10

When trying to install AVG Free I am getting Error Code 0xC0070643 Description Event exec finished.  I have tried uninstalling, I have also used AVG Remover and AVG BFEfix.  I have Windows 10 Home 64 bit.  I have tried using AVG Protection Free 698, AVG Antivirus Free x64 693, and AVG Antivirus Free 692.  All have given the same error at the same location (After initial install when trying to install protection from within AVG Zen).  I have saved the log and screen shot the error.  I had AVG installed and working fine on Windows 8 prior to installing Windows 10 and moving to a new Solid State HD. Please help
