Cant install AVG Internet Security on my laptop

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Are you trying to install a paid or trial version of AVG program? Have you tried installing after restarting your device once? We are looking forward to hear from you soon.

Hi,

I tried to install AVG Interenet Security in my laptop several times but each time a window appears : "Sorry ! An unknown issue has prevented Internet Security from installing".

Can anyone please tell me what is teh problem and how to solve it ? Thanks

Thanks for your response.

I tried both paid and trial version. Both gave me the same reply.

The installing will take place, it will than ask to restart laptop. After restart a window wil pop up showing ​"Sorry ! An unknown issue has prevented Internet Security from installing".

Latest one even includes a Description : Event exec_finished.
