Can't install AVG tune up - the app you're trying to install is not a microsoft verified app

I’ve downloaded the TuneUp but it won’t install. The popup message is “the app you are trying to install is not a microsoft verified app”. I tried the right-click, run as administrator, the same message popped up. Any suggestions?
