Can't install the VPN I paid for on my phone

We'll certainly clarify this.
I'd like to inform that AVG Secure VPN (2 years subscription) you bought is not a multi platform product and it is compatible with Windows devices only. It can be installed on multiple Windows devices, but 1 active connection at the same time.
AVG Secure VPN is available separately for both Android and iOS mobiles. Visit either app store to buy AVG Secure VPN.

I purchased a multi-device subscription thru my laptop but it seems I can't upgrade/active anything on my phone without having to purchase it again. I tried to activate it thru my account restore my licence etc etc…nothing. Just an endless loop back to a purchase upgrade page.  Called tech support and they say they don't do phones. Very very frustrating.
