Can't Locate my devices

Recently I have gone premium. But, since then, I am unable to locate my device on Anti-Theft portal. I have two devices. Once is Huawei tab and the other S7 edge. Even after trying many a times, I can't locate, shout or lock my devices remotely. the point of tracing lost cellphone is totally gone!
