Can't open certain files and programs

We can certainly take a look into this and determine if the issue is due to AVG or not. Are you able to access Microsoft office products or other applications when AVG is disabled?

To disable AVG, right click on AVG icon under system tray next to clock and turn off your protection.

After using AVG anti-virus free trial I can no longer open any Microsoft office products; PowerPoint, Word documents, OneNote Etc. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue?
