Also, let us know what exactly happens when you try to open/access your gmail.
Do you access your gmail from an email client (such as outlook) or a web browser?

Hi,
My computer will access the internet but I can't open anything. I need to open my gmail to download a new AVG service but I can't! I have run every scan I know to, to see if the problem can be resolved. I also took it to Staples for the free inspection and it showed nothing. Suggestions are appreciated!

I open my email in my Google account. But now I can't get beyond the log in screen. After I enter the password and tap enter it seems as though the email will open but a box pops up stating the page is not responding. It's not the internet connection. I have see, reset, unplugged, plugged back in a hundred times and the computer shows that I am connected. I can't get to my email to download my AVG purchase.
