Hello Sarah,

Let us confirm whether AVG is blocking the OneDrive application.
Open AVG Internet security program interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Full Protection". You can find all the components list.
Click on each component and use the slider icon to turn off the feature.
It is necessary to check which component is blocking OneDrive application.
Hence, after disabling each component, run the application and inform the status here.
