Can't open Outlook

While verifying your account you have AVG Protection Multidevice as your active subscription. Have you received any blocking popup's while opening the AVG program? If so please provide us with the screenshot so that we could assist you better.

Since installing a new subscription last week, I am unable to open Microsoft Outlook.  I tried disabling AVG, as suggested here, but still can't get into Outlook after doing so. I am on Windows 7 OS, I HATE Windows 10!
