Can't pay to renew VPN subscription

The last three days I have tried to renew my subscription.

Each time I am getting this error:

You have a problem with payment

Sorry, we were unable to bill you Please try again in a few moments, or use another payment method. Need help with your purchase? Please reach out to us at (mobile number removed) using your order ID: (Order ID removed)


I would also like to take advantage of the 50% off that I have been offered for the 10 devices option and I don't want the sale to run out before this issue is resolved!
