Can't put programs to sleep

Hi,

I've just upgraded to v19. Now I can't put any program to sleep. The sign spins for a while and the name of the program gets grey but it won't go to sleep; if I refresh, everything is the same.

Somewhere I've found to repair via control panel but there is no such thing, completely uninstall only.
