Hi, thanks for you reply unfortuantly I already treid that but it doesn't work for me as there is no option to activate my licence key. Please see image below.

I am sorry that you are facing activation issues. I know how you would feel to make multiple attempts in activating the product. I will make this clear to you. AVG Zen is just interface to manage AVG Internet Security and the product cannot be activated via AVG Zen. I've been trying to activate my licence key on my PC for days now without getting anywhere. Recently I had to perfrom a full reboot on my computer and had to redownload AVG again. I installed it fine, logged into my account but in no way whatsoever does it give me the option to register my licence key. I have tried the drop down button next to Options but nothing there, I have tried clicking Support but again nothing there for me to register my licence key. I even logged onto Zen, went to my account to make sure my my subscriptions are there (they are) but again, no way to register my licence key. I'm now trying to register my product through the website but it askes for a Sales Number but there is no sales number, just Invoice Number and AVG Order Invoice Number.
