Please let us know the exact AVG program with which you're experiencing this issue & what happens exactly while accessing it. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. Also, if you remember the ad that you got before the system flashed, let us know.

I had Avg earlier this PM.  I was taking off some e-mails and computer flashed Locked and shut down.  I reopened and now I can't get AVG even after I downloaded it again.  I have adblocker ultimate and I noticed that I had an ad before it locked and shut down.  Now I'm missing some of my e-mails and can't get my AVG
