Hi Omar,
Password in AVG for Android can be changed only if phone is connected to Internet.
You can also try use first six characters of your regular password.

Good day,

I accidentally locked my device using AVG anti  theft app. By changing sim cards. I tried the options on the remote management page but I get an error saying the device cannot be contacted.

 Please let me know what other information is required.
