Cant remove a certain program

i faced this problem before
so you can delete this software by restoring your computer ( To restore visit to control panal = System Restore = and then restore your computer) 
or if you don't want to restore your computer you can reinstall your windows completely 
so this is my answer i hope to help you

You may start receiving some advertisement popups if any adware programs get installed in your computer unknowingly when you install any other legitimate programs. Please note that there are new variants of malware developing everyday and our developers are working round the clock to add all those virus definitions to our database. Are you using a latest version(2016) of your AVG program? Did you check for the program in the 'control panel' list of installed programs and tried uninstalling? We also request you go to 'advanced settings' of your web browser and then 'reset' your browser once and then disable/delete the extensions which you do not use. Please follow these instructions and let us know the status. Thank you.

a program appeared on my computer that I did not want its called KNCTRi have tried to uninstall this program but it will not remove
