Can't remove Trojan MSIL:Rat-B [Trj]

Hi.
I recently downloaded AVG Antivirus free.  It keeps find the same trojan, MSIL:Rat-B [Trj], quarantining it but then 5 minutes later it pops up again.  I've done a full deep scan but it still keeps popping up.
If anyone can tell me how to get rid of it that would be fantastic.
