Can't report false positive form not working - Access denied

Hi, We have a problem with our Windows software installer being detected currently only by AVG (Filerepmalware) and it currently damage our reputation with clients. I am trying to report false positive or to request review of our file on the links below but both forms are not working. After I submit I get error Access denied. I tried different browsers it not help. Please send me instructions what to do to resolve this. Thank you.

For some reason, when I removed description from the false positive file form and clicked submit that worked. Im not sure why it didn't accept plain text description, maybe for some security reasons. Okay, Im waiting for update. Thank you.
