We realize the situation and the threat detected shows the path as "Temp" folder.
Hence, we request you to get into "Temp" folder and delete all the files listed in it.
The files in it are temporary and it is actually not necessary. Hence, we can proceed to delete them.
If you are unsure on how to get into "Temp" folder, press Windows and R keys together.
Type as "%temp%" without the quotes and press Enter key.
Once you have deleted the temp files, run the rootkit scan again and check whether it shows the same threat again.

When I run a deep scan I get 1 unsecured threat found. It's labeled Rootkit: hidden process. When I try to resolve it, it cannot be resolved. There are no erros messages or anything, it's just that when I press resolve it says Resolving… and the wheel spins for a few seconds but then nothing, it goes back to the way it was before I tried to resolve it. When I press Done I am warned that I haven't resolved all issues.
The path name is: C:\Users\Eric\AppData\Local\Temp\70017294-0E91-4D64-8ED7-56017B3F38E7\DismHost.exe
