I apologize for the inconvenience. I request you to open AVG main console and leave the network by clicking your email address. AVG Internet Security will downgrade to AVG free Antivirus. After that, please restart your computer once and click on Connect and login to Zen with your Myaccount credentials. How do I restart AVG when it won't allow you to. It says I have to restart to get updates but it won't restart when I try. It also says to restart because I need the updates for Hacker protection.
