You did an unsolicted up-grade on my AVG Tune Up program which cause my loss of access to the program. You provided me with an activation number for use to load the new program or to re-install the older version. Trying to install the new version I got an error message during loading (Delete file Failed Code 5). So I tried to get my old version operating using your instructions. I un-installed the program from my computer and then tried to re-install. All goes okay until the point where I am asked to provide the license code. In the information you provided it indicates that this is the activation code or the license code. It does not like the code you provided to me after I enter the last letter in the first of three groups of letter/numbers in the provided activation code. I am currently without my program which I paid for.
