Cant send emails from outlook now abroad

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

I suggest you to change the firewall network profile from "Public" to "Private" and check if that fixes the issue. To change this settings, please open the AVG Internet Security and click on Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Network profile.

Also, please Enable all the System Rules under Menu>Settings>Components>Firewall>Customize>Policies.

Hi

Im in Thailand having traveled from UK and since arrival am unable to send emails- i can receive them and they work fine on my iphone and pad so it must be an issue with my laptop…am thinking it must be AVG security linked? I've clicked through and repaired the program but still not working 
I get this message on trying to send:
ask 'SMTP server name - Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x80042109): 'Outlook is unable to connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact the server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

Please can you tell me what I can do?? thanks!
