We are unable to find any active subscription for the AVG Secure VPN under your account.
Please turn off the AVG Secure VPN and try to send the email from Outlook.
If the issue persist, then change the location in the AVG Secure VPN and check for the issue again.
Can anyone advise how to fix Outlook problem which is not allowing emails to be sent. VPN uninstalled and email send/receive working fine in web mail. All account settings correct for Outllook 2016 on Windows 10 PC. Error message says user name and password problem? Doesn't make sense? Suggests an AVG problem?
