Can't sign in to GoDaddy

Hi Micheal,

We will work together to sort this issue. Please let me know from which browser you are trying to access the "Go Daddy" website. Did you try from a different web browser?
Have you tried disabling VPN? If not, please follow the below steps to disable AVG Secure VPN on your computer and check if you are able to access the website.

Open AVG Secure VPN app installed on your computer, click on  green ON slider on the main application screen so that it changes to red OFF.

If you still face any difficulties, please let us know and I will assist you further.

I receive this message when I try to sign in to my GoDaddy account to update my Domains:

Your browser is a bit unusual...

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browser or turning off your VPN.

How do I fix this? I am not tech savvy. Thanks.

Since the issue still perists when AVG Secure VPN is disabled, please temporarily disable your AVG Internet Security and AVG AntiTrack one by one and check whether you can access the website.
Refer to this article for detailed instructions to temporarily disable AVG Internet Security.
To disable AVG AntiTrack, please click on the "Anti-Tracking" component and disable it by clicking on the slider button.

Thank you for getting back to me. The browser is Microsoft Edge. The VPN is already turned off.

Not sure what to do.
