I apologize for the inconvenience. I would request you to repair AVG PC TuneUp from the control panel and revert back the changes to fix the issue. You can open the program deactivator from All Functions > Disable background programs.

I bought Pc Tuneup yesterday and cleaned my computer. Next to this it said that I could make my PC faster with some programs in sleep mode. So I did, but now I can't start some programs. I got a pop-up with Google Chrome is waking up, but it didn't start.
Now I thought, well I can start Program Deactivator or Rescue Center, but both aren't working.
- For Program Deactivator: the tab of background and startup programs keeps loading and I can't open it. So I can't open Program Deactivator.
- For Rescue center: it stays empty and can't close it or do anything in it.
Please help me, because my laptop is almost useless now.
