Can't stay signed in

Thank you for your quick response.  I HAVE been doing exactly as you say for several days now, but to no avail.  I must enter credentials or password every single time.  Repeatedly, through the day.  I have never had to do this before.

Sorry to hear that. Have you installed AVG secure search or AVG web Tune up? I guess you would have installed any of these add on to your web browser and this should have caused this issue. Thank you.

Recently had a pop-up from AVG, and in trying to X it out, I apparently hit the wrong button.  And it ran something???  Now I can't stay signed into my Hotmail account, also my Facebook account (must sign in nearly every time.)  Irritating – is there a fix?

Thanks Sindhu – I did find the AVG Web Tune Up and uninstalled it. However, the problem continues, and I would like it gone.  I did not ask for this to happen.

Hi Jackie,

If you feel that your saved passwords are removed by 'AVG Web Tune Up' program which was earlier installed in your computer, I kindly request you to 'select' or 'tick' the check box for 'Remember passwords' and 'stay signed in' when you login to your Facebook, Pogo, Hotmail next time and let us know if are being prompted  to enter the credentials again when you try to 'login' .
