Please be informed that I have to cancel my subscription in AVG. Why is it that I charged for two months? Thank you.!
I tell it to turn it off and it asks me if I'm sure, while showing this confirmation the page in the background correctly shows "Off" is selected. When I confirm that I want to turn off automatic subscription renewal, the option reverts back to "On".

The current subscription renewal is fine/was intended. I just don't want the automated renewal as I'll likely be reconsidering which product I want to use once this 2 year subscription expires (I might even stay with AVG!). and don't want to end up accidentally subscribed for longer than is neccessary if I forget all about this subscription over the next 2 years.
