Cant uninstall avg free edition it has a passcode

From your description, it seems that you're being prompted to enter the settings password while attempting to uninstall AVG Free from control panel.
To ensure this either share us the screenshot of the message that you receive or let us know whether the prompt is titled 'Authorization - an attempt has been made to enter protected area'.
