I have an active subscription, I want to upgrade to 2017 but the Tune Up app pops a message "there's no internet connection" thing, if I install version 2017 directly it upgrades to trial version and removes version 2015, then I log in to Zen and trail goes on.
In AVG My account a message says "You don't have any subscriptions."
I have my invoices to prove I'm in an active subscription.
Any help would be appreciate it.
