Can't use pc for pop up's saying I have viruses

I bought my AVG subscription a few days ago, because of this issue it hasn't helped. Even now I'm having a hard time typing this without these pop up's covering the screen. I tried to get a screen shot to show what it looks like but can't. I'm very disappointed with AVG virus protection
