Problem still not solved. Even the measyres suggested by the 'senior' technician did not work.
Is the level of knowledge within AVG really that low?
The headphones work, playing over the television I have sound, the only thing that does not work are the laptop's own speakers . AVG driver updater changed the drivers for those. Too difficult for AVG to restore that fault?
