Hello Sergio. Thank you for your patience. My name is Shawn, and I am writing to you on behalf of the AVG Senior Support team.
The experience you have shared, is not the intended experience we wanted for you to have had.
I suspect your Router/Modem may be infected, or needs to be updated to the latest version of it's firmware.
The following article, https://is.gd/ijDz50, references router, from across the world, being compromised with dangerous malware.
Found again to be listed in CBL LOOKUP,I 'm not a computer expert so I do not understand if I got a malware in my port 25(?) due to my ISP (?)Where??
I went in CBL test because, several times, browsing Google, got messages as "time out"or …"reset".
I have done all the possible as I may know:cleared browsing data,Off AVG VPN,test internet speed etc.Off all Google extensions,In "AVG Internet security" done setting reset, but the app does not detect anything wrong.N.B. for internet connection I'm using USB air card,3G,the ISP is my CAT Telecom TH.
I have screen shot of the CBL detection but I'm not able to attach/send here, how to find URL of my pictures?
Should I enable automatic port scan detection?
I really worry that my pc may starts sending emails scattered everywhere!
Please advise me asap what to do,thanks for your kind attention
Sergio
