I tried califying the issue, but for some reason this is all I could enter. I would at least expect the forum to have a 'details' section instead of just a 'continue post' button. An 'edit' button would also be useful.
getting back to the topic: after installeing AVG Internet security 2015 (with all options active) I notices that all sites using SSL returned certificate errors. After uninstalling end reinstalling without the surf options, everything worked again. I noticed that the certificate should be valid, but was not recorded properly. I guess a corrupt file slipped into the setup files.

If you experience sutch issue you can disable scan of encrypted traffic.
