Hi, I am trying to change email address on my account, but it will not work.
When I type the new address it says “Already in use”, but I know it is not.
Some years ago I had multiple email adresses, because I had purchased products from two different email addressess.
I got help from AVG support to merge the two accounts and use only one email address.
The address that I am using now will be closed down and I need to switch to my other address.
How can I get help with this?
I am klicking contact options on the support, but it asks me to log into my account.
It is not possible to go to the step “connect with us”. How can I get there?
