Change location Secure VPN

We can understand your concern. Please activate AVG Zen with AVG MyAccount credentials used for AVG Secure VPN purchase. If AVG Zen is already activated with AVG MyAccount credentials, just click the Secure VPN tile. If the issue persist please let us know, we are here to help you.

I go to Secure VPN and it shows my location.  Below the city it says in blue "Change location".  However, when I hover my mouse over it, it does not activate, so I'm unable to change the location.

Any help would be appreciated.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the AVG Secure VPN. We would like to inform you that you need to first turn the AVG Secure VPN off and then change the location. Please check and let us know if you're able to change the location after turning the AVG Secure VPN off.

Great, thank you.  It does need to be turned off in order to change location.

I have done what you have requested several times before even making this post.  To try once more, I logged out as admin and relogged back in but no change.  I am still unable to change my location.
