Are you referring to AVG my account username and password?
If yes, then you have to contact our sales support via https://support.avg.com/support_sales?l= and they will escalate this to the concerned team and they will help you regarding this.

Mark, If you're referring to the Community you've obviously logged onto the AVG Support Community OK since you've posted a topic. Is this just a persumptive type question?. If so, No.. Unfortunately you cannot change your Community username.
