I have bought a new computer. I followed the instructions to deinstall , which I did successfully and I copied my license number to cut and paste for re-installing .
However , when trying to re-install on my new computer the number is rejected I cannot retrieve the licenes number as my email address has changed since I first bought AVG >The system will only recognise my old email address to send me the license number .
How can I get my new email addressed recognised so that I can get the liconse number confiirmed and installed on my new computor.
I have paid for protection til July 2016 but I can't access it.
HELP.
