Changing to a new e-mail Adress Abonnements now are not schown on the website

I changed e-mail Adress  To get entry to my account. the old adress did not manage this.
With my new adress in my account   i didnt find my Abonnements (Ultimate Version + driver updater).
Whats to do now ?
