These orders were placed because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your subscription.
Do you still use this email address (cxxxxxxn@lea.ca)? Because AVG MyAccount is not yet activated for it. AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited does not require a license number as they are activated using your AVG MyAccount email address and password. If you would like, we can transfer the products to cxxxxxxk@gmail.com (which has an active AVG MyAccount created) and assist you with activating them on your Windows and Android devices.
Charge for 49.99 and 79.99 and can not seem to activate anything pro feature wise on any of my devic
So I've had AVG protection since the lro version used to be free…basicslly since its inception and i get an unexpected but annual Charge for 49.99 and 79.99 for avg virus protection. And what I thought was performance or cleaner…but it says my account is not pro but my visa has been charged the amount and can not seem to activate anything pro feature wise on any of my device even after a few days of living on and out and trying to get avg zen so I can issue my devices an invite but unfortunately after all my years of amazing service with AVG they robbed me of my money and left me exposed to the potential viral harms f the intrawebs…not sure what have to make here mom and dad are going completely bonkers and started talking About Norton last night…i hope we can work something out squad.
Yours forever if you fix this fuck up or refund my money.
