Charge on credit card but no subscription information

So my credit card got charged for a new subscription after a trial which is fine, but no new subscription is found. AVG just constantly wants me to renew something else. AVG should reflect what you charge for…a blank subscription page is not acceptable

As a longtime customer, I believe I deserve more attention. I am currently unable to pay for my subscription to your excellent products. I request that all subscriptions be canceled and the amounts charged be refunded. I have been trying to complete these transactions for over a year, following your instructions, but unfortunately without success. Please refund my Internet Security 93,99 euro charged19/07/2025.
