Charge on my account although I have no active subscriptions/email notification

Hi 

I have been charged £59.99 from my account just now. I haven't used my home PC for over a year and can't see any active subscriptions and have email asking to come back! Could you explain please. Emma Tunley

However, you do not have an active subscription registered to the email address that you used to contact us here.
