After cancelling my free trial subscription 7 days prior to billing date, my bank has notified me that this amount was debited. There were no funds in the account, and I now have a "BOUNCED" debit.
Can someone please rectify this please.
I have another free trial subscription which I cancelled a few days ago. Please ensure that that subscription is not debited as well
