Hi , 
I have been charged from my credit card again yesterday for 10 devices .
I have only one device at now. 
Since I can't find any subscription cancel method from my account as you said the user can unsubscribe refund the payment within 30 days. But I can't find any information in my account . 
I only need to order for one device. 
Please let me know how to unsubscribe my AVG Internet Security for 10 devices. 
By the way, your company should send e-mail to advise the user and confirm the user order before you charged the user credit card  . 
I have used AVG production many years and paid by myself past years.
This is the second time I have noted I have been charged for 10 devices again.
I am not very happy for this method to lose my money as I subscriped one time for 10 device then you will charge my credit card every year for 10 devices ?
