Upon checking your email address which you used to contact us, the auto-renewal for all the active subscriptions are turned off which means that you will not be charged for renewal once it expires, yet you will be able to use the service by the end of the current period.

Just want to clarify none of the money is coming out of my account, as on a few occasions I have tried to cancel the products a few occasions but then I got an email saying it’s all coming out ??? Don’t want any of the systems you offer so please can you ensure they are not taken
