Charged for a subscription that I did not request

I have been charged on my Paypal account for AntiTrack which I never requested or approved.
I was then contacted on my email address, that I have never used with my AVG account, and  included the invoice stating that I would continue to be slugged $70 every year. How do I get this stopped and get refunded the money that was removed from my account. I wouldn't mind being able to talk to a human who might actually be able to help me with this problem.
