Charged for an AVG subscription, but I don't have one

I understand the situation. I’m trying to find your account in our internal database under the email address ( from which you have contacted us). But presently I’m not able to locate any recent charge under your email account. I have sent you an email, please provide your home address and proof of purchase to assist your further with the refund.

It shows on my bank statement that I've been charged for an AVG subscription, even though I haven't purchased any of AVG's anti virus/ internet security software in about 3 years. I'm currently subscribed to Mcafee. I only set up this account in the last few minutes to look for help about this- I don't have an AVG account for what I've been billed for.
