Charged twice for programme

Upon checking your account, we see that you do have active AVG subscriptions. 
Initially, please share us the screenshot of the notification that you receive for better clarity.

I signed up to receive the mid programme on November 16th for 2 years and when I checked my bank statement I have been charged for £40.56 then on the same day for £33.36 Then when I try to use the programme it still asks me if I want to subscribe.Perhaps you can explain my problem to an 84 old.

I am not sure what you mean about screen shot.Please explain.I am more concerned about your company taking two payments for the mentioned sums without my authorisation from my bank account,
