I want to cancel there's no information in my account. Chat doesn't work. Is this a real software company? Or are they living on the long distant call cost you have to make to quit.

I dont understand your offer "Please check & revert to us for further queries. " then you sent me an email from a noreply email adres. How do i reply to an noreply emailadres? With any result I mean?
