Hello Vicki,
I'm sorry to hear about this. I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private), please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access the application with enabled AVG Internet Security.
Best regards,
Alok.
I am running AVG Ultimate on Windows 10 and was trying to find a way to make a change to my firewall. The one article I was able to find is totally out of date. The images are no longer valid with AVG Internet Security version # 17.8.3036. There is no "Firewall" icon on the dashboard, and the "Enhanced Firewall" under "Hacker Attacks" cannot be opened. How can an end user check and then add a site or application as "allowed" when we can't even get to it? This is FRUSTRATING!
