Chrome is blocked

NOT resolved!
1. The Chrome  is not in the list of blocked programs.
2. I can not access the Internet
3. But! If you disable the firewall AVG - then Chrome works on the Internet,
and if you disable the firewall - run Chrome - and then turn on the firewall - then Chrome will have access to the Internet.
4. Disgusting program interface - for children? unlike 2016 there is no full list and firewall settings!

Thankyou for your help.  I logged onto AVG PC Tuneup and it showed Google Chrome not as sleeping but as "blocked by another program" . I tried to wake it anyway but it went into a loop and nothing happened.  However after exiting AVG I opended Chrome and it is working normally now.  I dont understand what has happened but thankyou anyway.

Hello Richard,

I understand the inconvenience.
Try (disabling) AVG Internet Security and check whether you are able to access Chrome browser successfully.
If that doesn't help, open AVG PC TuneUp dashboard, click on "SpeedUp PC" tile.
Click on "background & startup programs" and select "Sleeping programs".
In the list of sleeping programs, check whether "Google Chrome" is available.
If yes, click on "Wake" and check whether you are able to access Chrome without any issues.

I am using windows 8.1.  I am unable to access Google Chrome as it seem to be blocked and when I try to open Chrome or a picture using Chrome I get a blank page.  Normally I use standard Google and Internet Explorer as a browser.  I have AVG Internet protection and AVG PC Tuneup running.

Hello Root.
